Heath Warner - Operations Manager
Heath is the Operations Manager with ServiceMaster by Cronic he is dedicated to the success of the company, employees and himself. He joined ServiceMaster by Cronic in April, 2014 after he relocated from Chicago Illinois and decided to make a career change. He was able to change the outlook for our company to strive and put in extra effort to make sure that our customers are our #1 concern.
Prior to joining ServiceMaster by Cronic Heath had the great opportunity to be able to lead as the Director of Admissions and the Director of Student Services in a student driven, diverse vocational training schools. This allowed him to grow as an individual both personally and professionally. Prior to taking on the Director position in the school business he was the Northern California Operations Manager and quality auditor for the Northern California region for a telecommunications company. He was hired at an entry level employee and was able to grow as the operations manager.
Aside from being the Operations manager he serves in different networking groups, non-profit organizations and is always pushing his limit in regards to learning more knowledge about the restoration field and how it can benefit our company and or employees.
Heath was born and raised in the Seattle Washington area and relocated to Redding in 1999. He was a 3 sport athlete in high school and very active in sports as of today. Heath married his beautiful wife Kassandra in September of 2017. His whole family resides in the Redding, CA area also so it allows us to keep the tight knit family that we were always raised as.
Taj Atkins - Chico Branch Manager
Taj Atkins is the Chico Branch Manager with ServiceMaster by Cronic who is dedicated to the success of the company, employees and himself. He joined ServiceMaster by Cronic in November 2012 after leaving his previous career of building custom swimming pools. He started with the company as a Water Technician and was promoted to the Water Operations Manager, and he is now the Chico Branch Manager. He is happy that he’s able to come to work every day and help those going through a disaster.
Aside from working for ServiceMaster, he is the Chair for the Business Outreach Committee for the Chico Chamber of Commerce. In this position he also serves on the Chico Chamber Board of Directors. He has been in Chico Business Builders. Being a part of this community and doing what he can to move it in a positive direction is something he is very excited to be a part of.
He was born in Olympia, Washington and moved to Taiwan with his family when he was 5 years old. They lived there for a year, where his parents taught English and lived at a church. They then joined a Christian Organization called YWAM and moved onto a hospital ship named the M/V Anastasis. He lived on the ship all of his elementary school and traveled to over 30 countries and 5 continents in 7 years. Traveling the world and all the different things he has seen has taught him to stay open-minded and treat everyone with compassion.
He moved to Chico over 25 years ago and has lived here ever since. He is raising his 2 amazing children Mason and Stella here, with his beautiful wife Jamie and counts his blessings every day.
Dessie Baxter - Business Development Manager
Dessie is the Business Development Manager in Redding. She started with ServiceMaster in 2018. She has always worked in the field of helping people. Working with a company whose values are in line with hers is something that really drew her to ServiceMaster by Cronic. Dessie worked in the Blood Banking Community for over 15 years and in-Home Care for 4 years. In these two careers she saw what can happen when emergencies happened and how the more prepared you are the less traumatic a trauma can be for you and your family.
Dessie was born and raised in Eureka, CA. She moved to Redding with husband Ryan in 2014. They have three amazing kids Alex, Arika and Arin, and three bonus children Diego, Seth and Elijah. Dessie is a sports fanatic. She also enjoys whitewater rafting, camping, going to concerts, volunteering and being with her family.
Dessie has a compassionate heart and truly cares about people and her community. She is active with the Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador, Rotary Club of Redding West and other non-profits in the community. Dessie is also in the Leadership Redding class of 2020. She has a heart for the youth of our community. Dessie is also active with the Cancer Alliance who helps families going through cancer treatments, as this is a very close to her heart.
